Overview
As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in driving organic traffic and visibility for NextAccel’s digital content. You will shape our SEO strategy from planning to execution, ensuring our content ranks, converts, and grows our audience.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify growth opportunities in search trends.

Optimize on-page elements—metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure—for improved SEO performance.

Develop and implement effective link-building strategies and manage backlink profile.

Perform technical SEO audits; address site speed, crawl errors, schema markup, mobile optimization, and site architecture issues.

Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to embed SEO best practices throughout workflows.

Monitor performance via SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and report on KPIs, trends, and ROI from SEO efforts.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar digital marketing role.

Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Search Console), keyword research, and analytics.

Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into actionable strategy.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and technical SEO implementation.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across departments.
