Senior SDR (Sales Development Representative)

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior SDR to fuel our sales pipeline and drive early-stage customer engagement. You’ll identify high-potential leads, build relationships, and set the stage for conversion through strategic outreach and communication. 

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers and target accounts in alignment with NextAccel’s growth strategy. 

  • Initiate personalized outreach via email, phone, social media, and other channels to engage prospects. 

  • Qualify leads effectively, coordinating with Account Executives and Sales Managers to move opportunities forward. 

  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos; ensure smooth handoff to the sales team. 

  • Track outreach, responses, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools; report on activity and conversion metrics. 

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, content, and campaign effectiveness. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SDR, BDR, or business development role—ideally in SaaS or tech. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up. 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of activity. 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead qualification methodologies. 

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving KPI targets.
