Overview
We’re looking for a Senior SDR to fuel our sales pipeline and drive early-stage customer engagement. You’ll identify high-potential leads, build relationships, and set the stage for conversion through strategic outreach and communication.
Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective customers and target accounts in alignment with NextAccel’s growth strategy.

Initiate personalized outreach via email, phone, social media, and other channels to engage prospects.

Qualify leads effectively, coordinating with Account Executives and Sales Managers to move opportunities forward.

Schedule discovery calls and product demos; ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.

Track outreach, responses, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools; report on activity and conversion metrics.

Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, content, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

Proven experience in SDR, BDR, or business development role—ideally in SaaS or tech.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of activity.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead qualification methodologies.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving KPI targets.
